You will find a number of Silver Helmets throughout the game, but since only FIGHTERS (and NINJAS) can use them, you probably won't need too many. Fortunately they sell for a decent price. As Helmets go, they make a nice upgrade over the Iron Helmet, and should be equipped as soon as possible.

The Mythril Helm is the least upgrade over its bronze equivalent, out of the Mythril pieces, but it's also quite cheap. You won't find one for a while, so pick one up for your fighter when you get the chance.
