This floor is even more complicated than B4, with four tiers (one of which, the one you'll see with a sword in the ground, is secret). Past the first cave you'll see a chest with the Crystal Shield in it, guarded by a Red D. and a Blue D.. Red Ds. are more dangerous, while Blue Ds. are harder to kill, so take the Red Ds. out first with Ice Spells and possibly Artemis Arrows. Bahamut may not be a bad idea, either, since Blue Ds. absorb every Element and your options against them are more limited.
Through the cave entrance, you'll find an area with a number of hidden paths leading east, and a Protect Ring. This is a nice piece of arm gear for defense, which you probably want to give to Rosa. In the eastern area, there are exits to both the north and south. The south exit leads to the Crystal Armor, guarded by a Behemoth. The north exit leads onward, though you'll find the Crystal Gloves (guarded by a pair of Red Ds.) nearby as well. The chest in the next area holds the White Robe, excellent Armor for Rosa.
The bottom level is the most interesting. The Crystal Helm, guarded by a Warlock and a D.Fossil, is to the west. The eastern room contains an Inferno, but holds another secret as well. The rare encounter in this room is with five PinkPuffs, which can drop the Pink Tail you need to get the Adamant Armor. Given the rate at which they appear, and at which they drop Pink Tails, I'd strongly suggest only trying this with a healthy supply of Alerts (which will guarantee battle with PinkPuffs). And I'd suggest waiting until you've saved, since it is not an easy fight.
When you return here from the secret bridge path on B6, you'll be on another long stairway. There's a second Protect Ring here, guarded by a Behemoth. I would suggest giving it to Edge or Rydia. At the end of the stairs, you will be teleported to a room with a save point. Use it, because you're in for a tough fight. Outside you'll find that sword you saw earlier, the Ragnarok. To get it, you must defeat the Wyvern. It starts off with MegaFire, which will do a number on your party, then casts Wall on itself and repeatedly bounces Flare Spells onto your party. It will counter summons with MegaFire, so have Rydia cast Quake instead.
