Monsters Encountered Fire Gigas, Fire Lizard, Lava Worm, Pyros, Red Dragon

All of the creatures from the fire floor are taken directly from Mt. Gulg, and so unsurprisingly they aren't terribly difficult (which is nice since this floor has a number of Treasures you'll need to go searching for). The Lava Worms and Fire Gigantes hit hard but go down easy to a high-level party. Fire Lizards might annoy you with their moderate-damage Blaze attack, but Fire resistance should reduce the damage to a nominal amount. The real threats here are the rarer Pyros and Red Dragon groups. The Pyroses should be handled like Gnomas from the Earth floor. Red Dragons can really do a number on even a Fire-resistant party, between their Blaze attack and their hefty physical Attack scores, but luckily you won't see them very often.
