Your goal in this fight is to balance offense with defense—Bahamut has a nasty combo attack that he will use regularly. The optimal solution is to have Fang use her Sentinel Abilities while Vanille and Lightning pound on Bahamut from afar, but because of the area of his attack, this is hard to achieve. It also pays to inflict some debuffs when you get an opening. Do your best to keep everyone alive, and don't forget that you have Renew as a backup plan. If all goes well, you should fill the gestalt gauge with time to spare.
