Paladin Shld

The Paladin Shld's Defense and Mag.Def aren't that far beyond the Genji Shld, but its protection from all Elements and 40 MBlock% make it an amazing defensive item. It is perhaps more noteworthy as the only way to learn the Ultima Spell if you don't take the Ragnarok Esper. (Level 99 Terra notwithstanding.)

The only way to get the Paladin Shld is to fight 256 battles while using the Cursed Shld. Not an easy task, but the reward is worth it.
