Marle is the weakest member of the party offensively, but she has powerful healing abilities. For her bows as with Lucca's guns, Marle's Hit stat affects not only her accuracy, but her Weapon damage. Power is irrelevant, so don't give her any Power Tabs!
Her Ice magic is basically the same as Frog's Water magic (Ice spells are Water-elemental), though Marle likely has a better Magic stat. Still, her weak offense often makes her a liability in normal battles.
