The PrismDress offers unmatched Defense and a permanent Magic Wall effect. It is arguably the best body Armor in the game, but only women can wear it. During each playthrough you can choose between a single PrismDress or three lesser Prism Helms, but the helms can be used by anyone. Also note that you can Charm one of each from Zeal's arms at the end of the Black Omen.
