Zephyr Cape

The Zephyr Cape is one of a few Items that actually works properly despite the Evade % bug. You will dodge 10% of all attacks when wearing this Relic, and with a neat animation to boot. Unfortunately, also due to the Evade % bug, the Zephyr Cape is completely outclassed by the (cheaper) White Cape.
