Vampire Lords aren't particularly nasty, but they do have a way of annoying parties. They often open with NulFire, negating one of their main weaknesses, so stick to Dia Spells if you want to take out groups of them. They will eventually start using tier-2 attack Spells, but their most dangerous move is their nasty basic attack. Fortunately they only get 1 hit and it's not terribly accurate, but it can hurt. On the upside, they're not that difficult to take out, especially if your non-melee characters join in with Light Axe use.
