Zombies are similar to Wolves, but with lower Evasion. That is to say, most characters have a chance of taking them out in one hit from the start of the game. Their attacks are slightly more dangerous, but not enough so to make them a significant threat.

Undead
Ghasts first appear near the Marsh Cave and will quickly make your life miserable. Like most Undead, their attacks Paralyze, but just for good measure, they get three attacks. They aren't hard to kill if you can hit them, but often your Warrior will be Paralyzed before he gets a chance. They can chip away at your party's HP after locking them down, so it may be wise to use Dia2 or Fire2 to take them out quickly. The same strategy applies later when they start appearing in mixed groups of Undead.

Undead
Wights are essentially the next step up from Ghasts. While they do more damage per hit, they only attack once, making them arguably less dangerous than their brethren. Nonetheless, they often appear in large groups with other Paralyzing Undead, and it is not a bad idea to take them out with Dia or Fire Spells.

Ghouls are the most basic form of Cie'th, not very dangerous or difficult to kill. They move very slowly on the game map, making it very easy to gain a preemptive strike against them.
