JIMERAS are similar to CHIMERAS, with the addition of a POISON attack that can inflict Stone. As long as everyone has a Ribbon or the Aegis Shield, this should not be a problem.

Rhyoses are very similar to Chimeras, but their attacks are just powerful enough to be a serious threat to your lightly armored characters. Each hit isn't likely to do too much, but with four attacks, it adds up quickly. They alternate between the standard Chimera Blaze attack and a Poison-elemental Petrification attack that you should be able to safely ignore at this stage of the game. Don't forget your Aegis Shield!

Rhyoses are very nasty foes. They have the same Blaze 7 attack as Chimeras, but also have Bad Breath 6. This isn't the usual Malboro Ability, it's simply Petrifying breath. Petrification this early in the game is really nasty, as your Esuna Spell may not even be able to cure it outside of combat.
