Haste
If you don't play D&D, the Clay Golem's abilities may seem bizarre. They like to cast Haste, and their attacks are Poisonous. They don't have much defense, but resist most types of magic. They're easy enough to take out with physical attacks, and while a Hasted Clay Golem can be dangerous due to their generous Attack scores, they have to spend a round casting Haste first. Use that time to kill them.

Slow1
Stone Golems are easily taken out in a single attack—provided they don't get off a successful Slow1 beforehand. They appear in groups so this is a problem, especially since they aren't vulnerable to magic. They hit hard, too. If you're worried about Slow1, make sure at least one of your melee characters is wearing a Ribbon. Chances are you'll be able to take them down before they become a problem, but bad luck can lead to a long fight.

IronGOLS are the rarest Monster in the game. Their Absorb is a truly ridiculous 100 and they hit pretty hard. They even have a multi-target KO attack (which is Death elemental despite being called TOXIC). Critical hits are really the only way to hurt them, but those should not be hard to come by at this point.
