Water Nagas are tough foes that often open fights with a shot of Bolt2. It can pay to cast NulBolt when you see them (especially since you can't flee), but as often as not they will cast before you can get it off. The rest of their Spells are standard fare, similar to Rakshasas. They have a lot of HP but little Defense, so they're not hard to take out with a few attacks (particularly from a Master). They won't deal a lot of damage after Bolt2, but their debuffs can make it difficult to deal with accompanying Aquos enemies, so take the Water Nagas out fast.
