There is a lot of Treasure to be found here, especially when combined with the Items found in the Hein's Castle and Castle Argus. You won't be subject to any permanent Status Ailments, so if you want to clear room (perhaps to keep a set of gear for an additional Job or a variety of Elemental Weapons to use on Hein), feel free to give all your status curing Items to the Fat Chocobo.

You will begin in a cell with King Argus. A guard to the left will give you 8 Mallets, enough to turn the entire party Mini and back without using magic, and tell you to escape. Leave through the tiny hole in the north wall to begin your hunt for Hein.
