This floor looks sort of symmetrical, but don't be fooled. Head west first, clearing out the room. Return to the central hallway, heading west through the wall to find a Ribbon guarded by a Ninja. Then return and continue south to stairs that lead to a small area on B3 with a Shuriken. With that done, check out the east room and continue to the main path.
