The Sign Post is located on a sheltered island northwest of the Lands of the Dark Unknown. While it is one of two landmarks that grants Stamina, it is the only one with a paired landmark (The Southern Sign Post, appropriately found directly to the south) that also grants a bonus. Of course, Stamina doesn't appear to be very useful anyway.
