Stamina increases your evasion, which is a bit difficult to wrap your head around logically. (Perhaps when a monster "misses" it actually means their attack hit but was ineffective?) Regardless, Stamina is vital to surviving the lower Dungeon Levels. Fortunately, there are two landmarks that increase it. Stamina also affects your ability to drink without being seduced.
