Your main concern when starting the Old Blood Mission is to bring fire. There are tons of Krogan and Vorcha here, and plenty of armor to burn through.

You'll start off on a long outdoor path to the hospital. Don't miss the Combustion Manifold, for the assignment of the same name, outside the entrance.
