This is a much larger Area with a host of new Enemies to fight. You won't find much in the way of new Items until you leave and return with enhanced capabilities, though.

Blue Bats are primarily found in vertically-scrolling Dungeons, where they tend to come directly at you. One hit will take them out, so stand your ground and don't miss!

Pink Bat

Pink Bats deal a bit more damage than White Bats, but offer only 2/3 of the loot. It doesn't seem fair, does it?

Red Bats are only slightly more dangerous than their Aqua cousins, yet drop four times the gold. They're still not great for farming, since their numbers and attack pattern are bound to get some damage through.

White Bat

White Bats are the pinnacle of bat evolution, and they are found all over Fosbus' Swamp. They are tough and deal a lot of damage, and are hard to avoid. They drop a nice pile of gold, but hunting them is difficult.
