Like other Velocycles, the Milvus takes a while to kill and has one really nasty attack it has to charge up. Keep your HP high when it starts charging, keep Protect, Shell, and Barfrost up, and just whittle away at the Velocycle until it goes down. This is probably the least threatening of the lot, not much to worry about at all.
