This large area is the most interesting in Chapter 6, and possibly the whole game so far. You'll run into a climate control orb early on, and there are five others scattered throughout the area. Touching one will change the weather from sunny to rainy or back again. The terrain does not change depending on the weather, but the Monsters you'll find do. While sunny, you'll find Flandragoras and Wyverns. When it's raining, you'll instead see Mud Frogs, Hedge Frogs, and Scalebeasts. Either way, you will also encounter some Gremlins and Garchimacera.
The battles here can be rather difficult, but you can avoid most of the toughest fights by toggling the weather conditions. The first section is easier in the rain, as a Wyvern will stand in your path during sunny weather. The second area forks, with a Metal Armband to be found on the right fork. If you want to avoid Scalebeasts, turn the weather sunny and you will only run into Flandragoras. The third section is difficult either way, but the Mud Frogs in the rain are a bit less dangerous than the Wyverns you'll meet in the sun.
The fourth section is the most interesting so far, with two branches and a climate control orb on each. There is an Aqua Ring to be found on the left branch, guarded by either a trio of Flandragoras or a Scalebeast with Gremlin minions. For the easiest fight, take the Treasure in the sun. You will have to fight two Garchimacera and either a Wyvern or a Scalebeast, depending on weather, to continue. The fifth and final section is a choice between one big fight with Mud Frogs, or two against Flandragoras.
