This floor is a simple path to the boss, a Giant Rat. Hit it with the best Spells you have left, and use spellcasting Items if you've got any. Its tier-2 Black Magic is devastating, and its Magic Defense is high enough that this will be no easy fight. You will have to walk back afterwards, but conserving Spells and losing to the boss doesn't help anyone.
