Garlic deals around 40 damage to every Undead enemy you face. You can't buy Garlic, and you'll rarely find them—your only source for more is Soldiers, but it is a rare drop. It's a pretty good item to use on large groups of Undead early in the game. Best of all, there's only 50% chance the item will be used up with each activation.
