The Acid Phial is a nice item that creates a powerful Poison-Elemental attack on your foes. Since there are so few foes vulnerable to Poison, you may as well use one of these when you find them. Unfortunately it is a target-all spell and most Poison-vulnerable foes are single creatures, but you can't have everything.
