The right-side doors on 4F lead to this floor, which also leads to the rest of the dungeon. It is probably best to enter the rightmost door first, as the path to the Genji Armor is quite simple and doesn't lead any further. It is guarded by Beelzebub, a powerful spellcasting miniboss.

The other door leads to a much larger part of the room. The Ribbon is guarded by Astaroth, a nasty fallen angel with more HP (7,000) than anything you've seen yet. You can follow the path past the Ribbon to find a teleporter back to 4F and then to 7F.
