Guy starts out leaning towards the prototypical big, burly brawler role. He has low agility but high strength and stamina, as well as starting HP. In fact, if you keep Maria in the back row, Guy will end up being hit so often that his HP will massively outclass the rest of the party. He can dish out a lot of damage even unarmed in the early going. Either Guy or Firion will likely end up as your White Mage.
