SeaTROLLS only attack once, and not very hard, so they can be ignored while you deal with their numerous minions. Lightning and physical attacks are both effective.

Regenerating
Trolls are basically beefier, nastier versions of Minotaurs who happen to regenerate. The regeneration is nothing to worry about, but might clue D&D fans into the Troll's seemingly strange weakness to Fire. They have too many HP and too much Magic Defense for that weakness to be worth exploiting, though. Their attacks deal moderate damage, but they make three of them in a turn, so they are worth taking out quickly.
