They can hit even your KNIGHT for three-digit damage, and can rip other Warriors apart effortlessly. To make matters worse, their Absorb and Magic Defense are both quite high. STUN can be useful.

Barettas, which are very likely intended to be bulettes (yet another D&D creature), are extremely dangerous creatures, among the deadliest you will find on the World Map. They have no tricks, but they have a very high Attack score and three hits. They can hit even your Warrior for three-digit damage, and can tear mages apart effortlessly. To make matters worse, their Defense and Magic Defense are both quite high, so taking them down quickly is difficult without some of the more powerful Weapons in the game. The best course of action is to stay out of the desert where they are commonly found until you can handle them.
