This is a catch-all Mission that will be active for most of the game. All of its components are themselves Missions, and you can find details on those Missions' pages.
This doubles as the final Mission of the game, concluding after the Collector Base: The Long Walk Mission. You won't be able to quicksave during this section, but the game auto-saves after each fight. Your Heavy Weapon Ammo and medi-gel will be restored at the start of the final phase of the Mission. Who you bring isn't as important as who you leave behind—tough, defensive Characters will prevent anyone from dying while you're off saving the galaxy again.
If the boss fight seems too easy, that's because it's not the final fight. The real final fight occurs after you decide what to do with the base. Aside from the obvious weak point, the boss's eyes are also vulnerable. Just make sure you take cover from its main attack.
