DLC Required Lair of the Shadow Broker
The Lair of the Shadow Broker is by far the longest Mission in the game, covering four different battle Areas. For details, see the individual Areas.

To start the Mission, talk to Liara and offer to go after the Shadow Broker. Take a cab to her place to start the festivities.

After the Mission is complete, you can return to the Shadow Broker's base for all kinds of special options. Read dossiers or watch video on Characters you know, make investments to potentially gain money, and more. There are two kiosks of special note. The survey information kiosk allows you to spend credits to flag a Planet rich in element zero or one of the three mineral resources. The delivery pickup kiosk will give you a random prize, including various amounts of resources and four damage Upgrades. There is a new delivery every day (real time) or after ever Mission or assignment you complete.
