Its Hellstorm Bolt hits the entire party for heavy damage—the Doctor's Code is not a bad choice of Accessory for this fight. Once you've recovered, concentrate on staggering the Garuda Interceptor, as this will Dispel its barrier and allow you to dish out heavy damage to it. A single stagger should be more than enough to finish off the boss.
