Monsters Encountered Bolt Fish, Manta Ray, Sea Dragon

Later in the game, when the Cyclone appears, the encounters on the ocean change, much like those across the World Map. These Monsters are considerably tougher than the ones that came before, but then again, so are you. And it won't be long before you finally get an airship.

The late-game ocean encounters are nothing if not annoying—on the upside, you won't need to deal with them for very long. The Bolt Fish should be much easier to kill physically now than they were in the Leviathan when you last saw them, but their Thunderbolt attack is just as annoying. Manta Rays are no big deal, but repeated uses of Tsunami by Sea Dragons can drain your party's HP quite quickly.
