The Hellfire is kind of a strange item. While Ogre Mages may drop them relatively early in the game, you won't start finding them until quite late. For an item that just casts Fire 5, you may wonder what the big deal is. Well, they only have a 10% break chance, so they're pretty reusable, but... yeah, still kind of pointless.
