The Lark is an interesting Type. They have full access to weaponry, a skill that serves them well until the very end of the game. They can Wear no Armour but Cloth, making them a liability in melee combat until you find the Exotic Armour later in the game. If you keep them in the back row, though, they should be well protected.
So what do you get in exchange for the ability to Wear Armour? Wizard Spells! Unfortunately, low-level Wizard Spells aren't very exciting. Larks can't heal, but they do get some useful utility Spells. You probably don't want a Lark if you have an actual Wizard, but in the absence of a dedicated caster they can be fairly useful. Best of all, the Fuzzy has Stats that align perfectly with the needs of the Lark.
