Agility determines your accuracy, making it a very important Stat when in physical combat.
The Agility-granting Pillars of Protection are on a tiny island off the north shore of the Lands of Lord British, just west of center. You'll need a seafaring Vehicle to reach them. You'll find The Tower of Knowledge due east from the island, and it's not a bad idea to travel back and forth between the two to quickly raise your Stats.
