The Mind whipper sometimes uses mental attack instead of a normal attack. This deals no damage, but reduces your Intelligence by (current Intelligence − 10) / 2, rounded up, to a minimum of 10. Regaining Intelligence isn't a big deal, so this is more annoying than anything else, but you should kill these guys immediately regardless.
