When you first gain access to Espers, Ramuh's Bolt 2 is the most powerful attack spell you'll have (though it costs 50 AP to earn). Thunder-Elemental attacks are useful immediately after Ramuh becomes available, so have someone start to learn Bolt 2 and rely on his Bolt Fist as a substitute until they do. Poison is also a surprisingly efficient single-target spell.

Ramuh is the first Esper to offer a level up bonus to Stamina.
