There are no Enemies on this Mission. It's a bit of a laid back investigation to begin with. Eventually you'll end up in the 800 Blocks where you'll have to follow around a Turian politician. The Heavy Pistol Damage Upgrade is right near your starting position, and is the only thing to find during the Mission.
