Bad Breath is not the ability series veterans might expect. It is not used by Malboros, nor does it inflict multiple status ailments. Rather, it's a Petrifying breath attack used by Rhyoses and Chimera Sphinxes. It is roughly equivalent to a Break spell cast by a character with 30 intelligence.
