Eye Drops heal Darkness, a status ailment that blunts your offense but is more annoying because it prevents attribute gain after battle. Esuna 1 can heal the entire party of Darkness outside of battle, and has a chance of doing so in battle as well. Because of this, Eye Drops often take up inventory space with no payoff. You can sell them for 50 gil apiece if you need more space.
