Black Knight, Chimera, Guardian, MEDUSA, Nightmare, Sabretooth, VAMPIRE, Weretiger
You'll run into a lot of Black Knights with Nightmare companions on this floor. Take out the Black Knights first, as they are significantly more dangerous. The Vampire groups can be handled with Light Axes and the Mage's Staff before they start hitting you with their nasty physical attack. Chimeras aren't a threat to kill you, but they will drain your HP. NulFire isn't a bad idea if two or three of them appear. Guardians can take a beating but aren't much of a threat. The large groups of Weretigers and Medusas are good targets for powerful Spells, especially if you're not headed for the Flying Fortress.
